You need to take a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and mix it in a glass of warm water. Drink the mix daily on an empty stomach. You can also use the cinnamon powder in other beverages and everyday cooking to fight  diabetes naturally.

Bitter Gourd


Bitter gourd is a bitter tasting vegetable as the name suggests, it has some ingredients that can stimulate the secretion of insulin in the body and hence controls diabetes easily. You just need to take a bitter gourd and remove the seeds and extract the juice. Drink the juice on an empty stomach in the morning. It will take a month or two for you to see the desired results.

Indian Gooseberry

The Indian Lilac also known as Neem is very effective in controlling and curing some diseases. In the case of diabetes also the neem leaves are very effective. Though they are bitter to taste, (and the juice of the same is even more bitter), the health benefits of the same in treating diabetes easily are too great to ignore. You need to take around 15 leaves of neem and squeeze the juice after washing the leaves. You need to choose the tender leaves for this. Just drink the juice on an empty stomach and notice the difference in the blood sugar levels in a short time.

In case you feel it is too bitter, you can add a pinch of salt initially and drink small quantities. You can increase the quantity gradually and stop adding salt once you get used to the taste of Neem juice.
